Terms of Use

1. Scope

Kilawari is for professional use inside Morocco's tourism industry. It lets tourism professionals publish a professional profile, lets tourism businesses or professionals publish work opportunities, and lets the parties contact each other directly.

Kilawari is not a traveler-facing advertising or booking marketplace. Traveler offers, consumer sales pitches and traveler booking requests do not belong on the platform.

2. Accounts

Creating or managing a listing requires a verified email/password account. An account exists only to own and manage Kilawari listings. One account may own one professional profile and multiple opportunities.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity carried out through your account. Your account email is private and is separate from any public contact detail you choose for a listing.

3. Listings and acceptable use

• Submit information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are entitled to publish.
• Use Kilawari only for legitimate professional tourism activity in Morocco.
• Do not impersonate another person or organization, post scams, deceptive claims, unlawful material, abusive content or traveler-facing advertising.
• Descriptions must follow the product rules, including the restrictions on links, prices and traveler-facing calls to action in fields where they are not allowed.
• Do not use Kilawari to harass, spam or misuse another professional's public contact details.

4. Listing duration and owner controls

Professional profiles are active for 90 days from the latest confirmation. The Renew action becomes available during the last 14 days and remains available during the approved 30-day post-expiry grace period. Profiles may also be paused, reactivated when eligible, edited or deleted by their owner.

Opportunities are active for 14 days. Renewal becomes available during the last 3 days and remains available during the approved 30-day post-expiry grace period unless the opportunity has been closed. Owners may edit, close or delete their opportunities.

5. Direct contact and agreements

Kilawari only provides listing and contact infrastructure. Contact happens through the public WhatsApp, telephone or email method selected by the listing owner. Kilawari does not provide an internal application system, inbox, chat or payment flow.

All discussions, checks, compensation, employment or freelance terms, contracts, licences, qualifications, references, tax obligations, legal requirements and any resulting agreement are handled directly between the parties.

6. No verification, recommendation or guarantee

Listings are self-submitted. Kilawari does not verify, recommend, recruit, employ, represent, guarantee or endorse listed professionals, organizations or opportunities merely because they appear on the platform.

Each party is responsible for its own identity, legitimacy, qualification, licence, reference, suitability and legal checks before relying on a listing or entering an agreement.

7. Kilawari is not part of your agreement

Kilawari does not negotiate terms, collect candidate or employer fees, collect payments, mediate disputes or become a party to agreements made between users. The platform does not store the conversations or outcomes that happen after direct contact.

8. Moderation and removal

Kilawari may hide or remove content that appears to break these Terms, the Rules, the professional-only scope, safety requirements or applicable law. A listing can also disappear automatically when it expires, is paused or closed, or is deleted by its owner.

Publication on Kilawari does not create a right to continued publication and does not mean Arhhal, Abdel or Kilawari endorses the listing.

9. Delete account

You may delete your account at any time from the account danger zone. Kilawari requires a deliberate confirmation and a fresh password check before completing the deletion.

Successful deletion removes the account, its professional profile, owned opportunities and associated Kilawari-owned listing data and signs the user out. The operation cannot be undone.

10. Service availability and applicable law

Kilawari is a pro bono V1 service and may be changed, maintained, suspended or discontinued. These Terms describe the platform role but do not replace or override legal obligations that apply to a user, an organization or a professional relationship under Moroccan law or any other applicable law.

Using a disclaimer does not remove the parties' responsibility to comply with applicable employment, tourism, privacy, tax, licensing or other legal requirements.

11. Changes to these Terms

If Kilawari materially changes the product or these Terms, the version and effective date will be updated. New account and listing acceptances are recorded against the current legal version.
