Before arrival

• Call the accommodation and explain your vehicle type and size. Confirm whether you can reach the entrance.
• If the entrance is inaccessible, agree an exact nearby meeting point with the accommodation and operator.
• Confirm the location and time before sending instructions to the travelers. Check current access and stopping restrictions.
• Share your arrival time. Call again about 30 minutes before arrival to arrange a porter or help with luggage.
• Agree who will meet the travelers and their bags. Do not leave the vehicle unattended.
