Pack your bag for the tour
Choose your bag size around the available space
- Check how many passengers you will carry and how much luggage they have.
- Allow space for passengers' luggage before choosing your own bag.
- A soft duffel bag is the preferred option: it is easier to fit and takes up less space.
- Take a suitcase only if there is enough room after passengers' luggage.
Split your luggage into two bags
- Keep a larger bag in the boot for your clothes and other belongings.
- Keep a small bag inside the cabin for the things you use every day.
- If you change vehicles, keep your essentials together in the small bag so you can move them easily.
What goes in the small bag?
- Sunglasses.
- Power bank, charger and cables.
- Headphones for breaks.
- Your driving licence and the personal documents you need for work.
- Anything you use every day and need to keep close.
- Keep the bag secured where it does not interfere with driving.
How to choose your clothes
- A simple packing method: divide the number of tour days by three to estimate how many tops and bottoms to take.
- A 12-day tour: four tops and four bottoms.
- A 10-day tour: three tops and three bottoms can work if you can wash and rewear them.
- Choose clothes that go together so you can mix them.
- This calculation is only for tops and bottoms. Pack underwear and socks for daily changes, allowing for any washing you can do.
- Check the weather along the whole route before packing.
Keep fragrance light
- Do not overuse perfume or cologne.
- A strong scent can bother passengers inside the vehicle.
- Bring the personal toiletries you need throughout the tour.
